Mind Moving Therapy provides:

  1. In-person in Dallas via traditional office therapy or nature therapy (walk and talk or seated outdoor).

  2. Telehealth (online sessions) for clients in Texas (all clinicians) and Minnesota (via clinician, Lauren Roth)

Build a Community with Small Group Therapy Options.

We match individuals based on their mental health needs and preferred group peer interaction to create small, 2-3 person groups, excluding the therapist. We offer groups both virtually and in-person (at our Dallas office), depending on the needs/preferences of group members. We typically start groups at the beginning of a season (fall, spring, summer).

Our office is dedicated to providing an environment that is inclusive and LGBTQIA+ supportive.
