How we Support YOU

  • The Challenges of Grief & Trauma

Many people struggle after experiencing trauma or loss due to the feeling of loneliness and isolation that we experience; others may not be able to understand our journey if they haven’t similarly felt it. Friends and family may not offer the right support, or be frozen in their ability to do so. At Mind Moving Therapy, we offer professional support to help you feel less alone. Our therapists are additionally trained from a trauma-informed lens and have EMDR-t certification, a therapy modality specifically focused on helping those with trauma and loss backgrounds.

    Client challenges may include:

    -Loss of a loved one

    -PTSD

    -Traumatic childhood experiences

    -Traumatic grief

    -Divorce

    -Trauma from abuse

    -War zone deployment

    -Injury, illness, or chronic pain

-Loss of a murdered loved one
