Individual Therapy

Our team of clinicians at Mind Moving Therapy enjoy working with individuals who come from diverse backgrounds, spanning across the spectrum of socioeconomic backgrounds, genders, religions, races, ethnicities, beliefs - you name it, we’re here for it! Our therapists each bring their own passions and clinical experience to the mix, meaning together we have a wide range of expertise. All of our therapists use evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy, a highly researched talk therapy framework, to promote positive growth in our clients. Family Therapy

Most families come to us with a loved one or multiple loved ones who are living a neurodivergent experience. Seeing a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, or another specialist at our practice, can be a game changer in the family therapy setting. We treat the family as a unit, there is no one person who is to blame for the tensions and conflicts at home. We can help you identify the patterns of behavior in your home that are helpful and hurtful, and move forward from there. Aricka Marshall, Licensed Professional Counselor and a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, has many years of experience putting her counseling and mediation to work in high-conflict scenarios. Lauren Roth, Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Autism Specialist, uses education and cognitive behavioral therapy to help her families create positive change.
